Kit James Gardner has more than 17 years of experience practicing law in California.  His practice emphasizes bankruptcy law and workouts, bankruptcy litigation, civil business and corporate litigation, real estate litigation, and secured transactions.  He has been involved in numerous complex bankruptcy cases representing Trustees, debtors and creditors, including assisting the Trustee in the reorganization of a major senior living facility and the sale of the project to Classic Residence by Hyatt.  Mr. Gardner is well-versed in all aspects of federal and state court litigation, including trials and pre-trial preparation, arbitration, and appeals.
 
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Gardner worked at prominent law firms in San Diego.  He was Of Counsel to the law firm of Mulvaney, Kahan & Barry, and before that worked as an associate at the law firm of Sullivan, Hill, Lewin, Rez & Engel and as an associate at the law firm of Robbins & Keehn.
