James Gardner
Mr. Gardner received his law degree in 1992 from the University of
California at Davis. During law school, he was an Executive Editor of the
U.C. Davis Law Review, and served as an intern to the Honorable Terry J.
Hatter of the United States District Court for the Central District of
California. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University of California at Santa Barbara in 1988, graduating with honors
and distinction. He formerly served as an editor and contributor
to San Diego Lawyer Magazine, writing numerous articles
of interest to the legal community, and has been published in the Los
Angeles Daily Journal.
He was a Director of the San Diego
Bankruptcy Forum for three years, and is a volunteer mediator for the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California. He is a
member of the San Diego County Bar Association Committees on Litigation
and Bankruptcy, and has served as an Adjunct Professor to California Western
School of Law, teaching a course on real estate law. Mr. Gardner
is admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada.
